I came to work with Jen after a year of pain post foot surgery. I should have insisted on PT after my surgery, but I didn’t and suffered the consequences. Jen was able to immediately see things I could correct to decrease pain (just by watching me walk for 2 steps), gave me impactful and management at home PT homework, and helped me quickly decrease pain and increase mobility. She helped me realize that the pain I was experiencing in my hip and back were connected to compensation prior to and after surgery and helped me figure out how to correct my posture and find the best shoe option and modify my shoes for my “new foot.” She was fun to work with and I was extremely impressed with her knowledge and ability to problem solve!
